Description

Do Work That Changes Lives

At Atlas, every breakthrough matters.

We help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) develop the communication, social, and daily living skills that lead to greater independence and a better quality of life. Across our Missouri and Kansas centers, our mission is simple: provide exceptional care while creating an environment where clinicians can do their best work.

Because when clinicians are supported, children thrive.

Built for Better Clinical Care

We've designed our clinical model around evidence-based, naturalistic interventions—including the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT)—that make learning engaging, meaningful, and child-led.

Just as importantly, we've built our organization to remove the barriers that often contribute to burnout. Our clinicians benefit from:

  • Predictable Monday–Friday schedules
  • Strong staffing and operational support
  • Streamlined administrative processes
  • Accessible, responsive clinical leadership
  • Collaborative teams that genuinely support one another
  • Resources that allow you to focus on quality care—not unnecessary paperwork

The result is a workplace where you can spend more time making an impact and less time managing obstacles.

What You'll Receive

We believe investing in our team leads to better outcomes for the families we serve. That's why we offer:

  • Competitive compensation with performance incentives
  • Consistent weekday schedules with no evenings or weekends
  • Generous paid time off
  • Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits
  • Ongoing mentorship and professional development
  • Clear opportunities for career growth and leadership

A Team That Has Your Back

At Atlas, collaboration isn't just encouraged—it's expected.

You'll work alongside passionate clinicians who are committed to helping children succeed while supporting one another along the way. Leadership is approachable, communication is transparent, and your ideas are welcomed. Whether you're early in your career or an experienced clinician, you'll find a team invested in your success.

Why This Work Matters

The most meaningful moments in this profession aren't found in documentation or data alone.

They're found when a child speaks their first word.

When a family celebrates a milestone they once thought impossible.

When a client learns a skill that opens the door to greater independence.

Those moments change lives—and you get to be part of them.

If you're looking for more than just your next job, join Atlas and build a career where your work has purpose, your growth is supported, and the difference you make is felt every single day
