Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction at every visit.
- Stay informed about the latest dental techniques and technologies, integrating them into our practice to enhance patient care.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for patients and team members, promoting a culture of respect and support.
- Lead the clinical team to ensure duties are being carried out with effective time management
- Assisting dentists as needed with restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and facial esthetics.
- Utilize X-Ray license to take radiographs such as full mouth series, bitewings, periapical images, panoramic images, and CBCTs when indicated.
- iTero scanner utilization.
- Aid dental hygienists when indicated.
- Oversee office supply inventory.
- Phlebotomy training is an opportunity for the right candidate.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing exceptional dental care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Proven track record of fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for patients and team members.
- Strong leadership skills to guide the clinical team in effective time management.
- Proficiency in assisting with restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, and facial esthetics.
- Valid X-Ray license with experience in taking various radiographs, including full mouth series and CBCTs.
- Competence in utilizing the iTero scanner for dental procedures and assessments when needed.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
Compensation
$25 - $30/hour
