Client Services Associate - Fall Opening

The Meier Law Firm is seeking a full-time Client Services Associate, a role primarily staffed by recent college graduates who are planning to pursue law school. This role provides hands-on experience working directly with attorneys, managing client interactions, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a high-performing estate planning practice. This is an opportunity to build practical legal experience, develop professional skills, and gain insight into how a successful law firm operates.

• Positive attitude and fully invested in the Firm’s success, with a team-first mentality focused on completing work in a timely manner, supporting colleagues, and stepping in wherever needed

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors by providing a friendly smile and caring attitude

• Pre-screen potential clients and schedule planning sessions in coordination with our intake process

• Support the Client Services Manager in overseeing the client experience through our CRM and direct client interactions (both in-person and virtual)

• Collect, organize, and enter critical client information to assist the legal team in preparing customized estate plans

• Contribute to team success by actively participating in meetings, systemization projects, growth initiatives, and data tracking

• Utilize artificial intelligence tools to streamline administrative tasks and allow the team to focus on high-quality client service

Qualifications & Schedule

• The number one qualification for this role is exceptional leadership and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and transition easily between tasks

• Priority given to applicants who are planning to work with us for at least 2 years. (Please do not apply if you are planning to begin law school in 2026 or 2027.)

• Full-time, in-office position: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM at our Newport Beach office

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited and well-respected institution. Many current team members in this role graduated with an outstanding GPA from a University of California school or equivalent institution

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Professional, positive, and team-oriented mindset with a client-first focus

• Polished, professional appearance appropriate for a law firm environment
