• Provide customer service to prospective client inquiries and make sure they feel seen and heard.

• Identify and track past‑due client accounts using the firm’s billing and case‑management systems.

• Develop and implement A/P strategies tailored to individual clients and matter types

• English and Spanish language fluency

• Prior experience in managing accounts receivable and legal billing, and law‑firm or professional‑services experience required
