We are offering a unique remote position. We are looking for a Client Engagement Specialist with consultative sales experience to join our Peacemaker team.

We are a small, rapidly growing family law firm in Central Florida that does divorce differently. Our motto is “Where Peaceful Endings Begin.” We are offering a unique remote position. We move people from conflict to peace with a clear plan, honest pricing, and as little courtroom time as the situation allows. We are looking for a Client Engagement Specialist with consultative sales experience to join our Peacemaker team.

You are NOT a paralegal or an attorney. You will never be asked to act like one or to give legal advice. Legal experience is not required. Prior consultative product sales and customer service experience is required. We will teach you our process and how our services help clients, and we will give you the training you need to succeed. You bring years of successful sales experience, empathy, compassion, disciplined follow-up skills, integrity, and the confidence to ask for the retainer and close the deal.

Every conversation you have will be with someone reaching out for help with a divorce or a prenuptial or postnuptial agreement, often at one of the hardest moments of their life. Your responsibility is to understand their situation, establish trust, and educate them on our process. We are selective about whom we represent, and you will be the person who determines whether we are the right fit. You will confidently guide qualified prospects through the next steps of retaining our firm.

We will never ask you to sell anything to anyone when it is not in that person’s best interest. We offer a high-value service, and we do not use high-pressure tactics. If you see sales as something you do for someone rather than to someone, you will feel right at home here.

Real-life, relatable experience and a few “battle scars,” like experiencing a divorce or overcoming a major life obstacle, that give you empathy and understanding are assets.

We are looking for a results-oriented team player who wants to make a positive impact on people’s lives while helping us grow the firm. You will excel in this position if you know how to establish the know, like, and trust factor, thrive on helping people, are comfortable on Zoom video, are accountable, coachable, like being measured, and are always looking for ways to improve.

We believe in consultative selling: we help prospective clients make sense of their situation, weigh their options, and make important and often difficult decisions. If you want a fulfilling career with training and professional development, and the chance to truly help people, we would love to hear from you.

IMPORTANT! HOW TO APPLY:

Attach your resume in PDF format, and in the message field, answer the following:

  • What compelled you to apply?

  • Why do you think you are the ideal candidate? What do you bring?

  • How many years of sales experience do you have, and what did you sell?

  • What specific CRM have you used, and how many years have you used it?

  • What excites you the most about being a part of our Peacemaker team?

  • When will you be available to start?

  • Your salary requirements, and the names and cell phone numbers of at least three professional references who will speak to us about your actual work performance (not simply confirm your dates of employment).

Attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through are the heart of this position, so your answers will be reviewed as a sample of your work quality. ALL questions must be answered to be considered.

Thank you for your interest in being part of our amazing Peacemaker team. We will contact you if we are interested in scheduling an interview.

  • Conduct free case evaluations with warm, pre-qualified leads by Zoom and phone (no cold calling)

  • Build trust through thoughtful questions and active reflective listening

  • Evaluate whether prospective clients are a good fit for the firm’s services

  • Clearly explain our service options, fees, and engagement process

  • Handle objections professionally and confidently

  • Convert qualified prospects into retained clients

  • Oversee client onboarding to ensure a smooth transition to the attorney and legal team

  • Follow up consistently with prospective and new clients using a structured process

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM tasks, records, and pipeline activity

  • Track and report conversion data weekly

  • Have 3 years of sales experience selling something expensive that mattered, where trust decided the outcome (luxury senior living, pre-need funeral plans, wedding-venue sales, premium vehicles, timeshares, or similar)

  • Understand and enjoy building relationships with many different types of personalities

  • Genuinely care about others, be curious about what they actually need, and want to make a difference in people’s lives

  • Stay calm and show empathy and reassurance to someone who is facing divorce, needs to understand their options for this very important decision, and needs to be heard

  • Confidently lead difficult and sometimes emotional conversations

  • Be comfortable asking for the retainer and equally comfortable telling someone we are not the right fit

  • Communicate exceptionally well, both on the phone and in writing (Spanish fluency is a strong plus)

  • Be tech-savvy, experienced in a CRM for at least 2 years, and disciplined about using it (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

  • Close the sale by listening and reflecting rather than pitching
