Help Families Take an Important Step and Build a Career You’re Proud Of

Are you an accomplished salesperson who knows that the best sales conversations don’t feel like sales?

Do you have the warmth to make people feel comfortable, the confidence to guide a decision, and the drive to turn meaningful conversations into measurable results?

At Safe Harbor Estate Law, we are looking for a Client Concierge & Sales Specialist who can create an exceptional experience for prospective clients from the moment they first connect with our firm.

This is more than a traditional sales position. This is a position with NO cold calling. Sales people perform consultative 90 minute meetings with prequalified potential clients. You will serve as a trusted guide for individuals and families who may be facing complicated, emotional, or deeply personal decisions involving estate planning, elder law, long-term care, and the protection of everything they have worked to build.

Your role is to listen carefully, understand what matters most, clearly communicate how we can help, and confidently guide prospective clients toward the right next step.

You’ll join a growing, award-winning firm known for excellent client service, strong systems, genuine teamwork, and a warm culture where people are encouraged to learn, contribute, and advance.

If you are motivated by goals but never lose sight of the person behind the conversation, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

Experience in legal services, financial services, senior care, healthcare, real estate, insurance, or another high-trust professional service environment is valuable but not required. The ability to build relationships, communicate value, and guide thoughtful decisions matters most.

We are a fast growing firm, growing at a rate of 30% year to year with three offices metro wide. Candidates will work out of our three office locations: Wayzata, Little Canada, and Burnsville.

In addition to base salary, this position offers monthly performance-based bonuses tied to sales, with first-year bonus earnings averaging starting at $20,000 annually and significant growth potential. Eligible employees also receive wellness and home office reimbursements valued at up to $7,800 per year.

In order to apply, please send an email to julia@safeharborestatelaw.com with your resume and cover letter. Please make the subject line of the email the dollar value in sales that you have made within the last 12 months.
