Responsibilities
- Assist with patient intake, exams, and education.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and process payments.
- Prepare, process, and maintain accurate patient paperwork and records.
- Keep patient information organized, confidential, and up to date.
- Support daily front office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain a welcoming, positive, and professional environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of completing tasks and projects accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Proficient in basic computer software with the ability to quickly learn new systems and programs.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly memorize scripts, procedures, and office protocols.
- Highly adaptable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
$20 - $25/hour
