• Welcome and assist patients, creating a warm, positive, and supportive experience in the office
• Support new patient visits by helping gather information and assisting with in-office assessments, as trained
• Educate patients about chiropractic care and recommended care plans, helping them feel confident moving forward with treatment
• Assist with patient progress visits and check-ins, supporting patients throughout their care journey
• Communicate clearly with patients regarding scheduling, financial options, and general office procedures
• Use provided training, systems, and scripts to guide patient conversations and contribute to a productive, patient-focused environment while meeting individual performance expectations and goals

• Has a genuine and sincere concern for individuals' well-being

• 2+ years of proven and successful sales experience

• Able to build relationships and rapport with potential customers

• Proficiency in utilizing technology such as G Suite (Google Docs)

• Valid US Work Authorization
