Pause Wellness Center is looking for a licensed or pre-licensed therapist who loves working with children, adolescents, and their families. This role is a great fit for a clinician who wants to build a meaningful youth caseload in a supportive, team-oriented practice where your voice matters and your growth is a priority.

We offer flexible part-time and full-time options, with a clear pathway to full-time salaried employment as your caseload grows. Compensation is competitive and based on CPT codes and licensure, and we provide clinical supervision for those working toward licensure. Our team handles all billing, scheduling, and administrative tasks, so you can focus on clients. You'll also have weekly team meetings for case consultation and a performance-based PTO policy.

Compensation: Up to $86 per session, depending on licensure and CPT code.

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based individual therapy to children and adolescents, tailoring interventions to each client's developmental stage.

• Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and track progress toward goals.

• Partner with parents and caregivers to support treatment at home, including regular check-ins and skill-building.

• Coordinate care with schools, pediatricians, and other providers as appropriate, with proper consent.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with ethical, legal, and insurance standards.

• Create a welcoming, inclusive space where young clients and families from diverse backgrounds feel safe and understood.

• Maintain after-school and early evening availability to meet the scheduling needs of youth and families.

• Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing insights and supporting colleagues.

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related mental health field.

• Licensed in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, LCSW) or license-eligible and actively working toward licensure.

• Experience or strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and families.

• Working knowledge of evidence-based approaches for youth, such as CBT, DBT skills, trauma-informed care, or play-based interventions.

• Comfort working collaboratively with parents and caregivers while respecting the young client's voice.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Availability for after-school and early evening hours.

• A warm, team-oriented approach and openness to feedback and ongoing learning.
