Bring Curiosity and a Growth Mindset

We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, curious, dependable, and eager to grow. You don’t need to know everything on day one. We value clinicians who are open to learning, receptive to feedback, willing to collaborate, and excited to expand their clinical toolkit.

If you’re looking for a practice where you can develop as a clinician while having the autonomy to practice and the support of a collaborative team, we’d love to meet you.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a compassionate, curious, and growth-minded clinician who is excited to deepen their clinical skills and explore innovative approaches to mental health care.

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • A passion for trauma-informed care and experience working with clients who have experienced trauma.
  • An interest in brain-based and integrative therapies across the lifespan.
  • Knowledge of attachment, ego states, and early developmental trauma is a plus.
  • Openness and enthusiasm for learning new therapeutic techniques, evidence-based approaches, and emerging clinical practices.
  • A willingness to pursue additional training, including EMDR, when appropriate.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the evolving needs of clients, families, and the clinical team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively while maintaining appropriate clinical autonomy and professional judgment.
  • Comfort providing telehealth/online therapy when appropriate.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to enter and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in an EHR.
  • A commitment to ethical, professional, and client-centered care.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for ongoing professional development, supervision, consultation, and lifelong learning.
  • A desire to work in a challenging yet supportive clinical environment where you can expand your skills and reach your professional potential.

Additional Skills We Value

  • Bilingual or multilingual clinicians are especially welcome.
  • Experience or training in Neurofeedback, EMDR, brain-based therapies, attachment-focused approaches, or other trauma-focused modalities is a plus.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families is valued.

Most Importantly, Bring Your Curiosity

You don’t need to have every skill or modality listed above.

We value clinicians who are open to learning, willing to collaborate, receptive to consultation, and excited to grow. If you’re passionate about helping people heal, curious about the connection between the brain and emotional well-being, and looking for a practice that will support your continued development, we’d love to hear from you.
