Are you the person a visionary, enterprising person relies on to turn ideas into action?

Do you naturally see what needs to happen next, create the plan, and make sure it actually gets done?

The Aubree Lewis Group is looking for a Chief of Staff to become a key leadership partner in a business with a vision much bigger than simply selling real estate.

We're building a listing-first real estate company, a media company powered by real estate, and an education-driven brand with the goal of becoming one of the most trusted names in Upstate South Carolina. Real estate is our engine, but media, especially YouTube, is one of the primary ways we amplify our brand, generate opportunities, educate consumers, and grow.

This person will work closely with Aubree to bring structure to vision, connect departments, develop people, strengthen accountability, and build the operational foundation necessary for significant growth. We're looking for a builder, but a finisher.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $70,000–$80,000

  • Bonus Opportunity

  • Paid Time Off

  • Health Stipend

Turn Vision Into Execution

  • Work directly with Aubree to translate company vision, ideas, and priorities into clear plans and measurable outcomes.

  • Lead the implementation of company-wide initiatives and ensure priorities move from conversation to completion.

  • Identify potential challenges early, raise caution flags when necessary, and bring solutions to the table.

  • Protect leadership time by determining what requires Aubree's involvement and what can be solved or executed independently.

  • Create alignment between operations, sales, marketing, and leadership so the organization moves forward together.

Grow a Career That Can Scale

  • Evaluate current processes and build the systems, SOPs, technology, and accountability needed to support continued growth.

  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps before they become larger problems.

  • Use AI, automation, and technology to create greater operational leverage throughout the company.

  • Establish meaningful KPIs and reporting that provide visibility into performance and help leadership make better decisions.

  • Oversee key financial and business operations, including budgets, commissions, reporting, and operational performance.

Lead Marketing & Media Operations

Media isn't a side project in this business. It is a core part of how we generate leads, build trust, attract talent, and grow the Aubree Lewis brand.

  • Provide operational leadership and accountability for the marketing and media function, ensuring strategy turns into consistent execution.

  • Bring meaningful knowledge of YouTube as a business growth and lead generation platform, including video and content strategy, production workflows, YouTube SEO, audience development, analytics, and performance optimization.

  • Oversee the systems supporting YouTube, social media, email marketing, SEO, Google Business Profile, listing marketing, recruiting campaigns, brand partnerships, and future educational content.

  • Ensure content and marketing initiatives are executed on time, remain consistent with the brand, and support larger business objectives.

  • Review marketing analytics, lead generation, conversion, and ROI to help determine what's working, what needs to change, and where the company should invest.

  • Lead and hold accountable the people responsible for execution. You do not need to personally film, edit, or design the content, but you need enough depth in marketing and video to effectively lead those who do.

Develop People & Drive Accountability

  • Lead, coach, and develop the administrative and operational team.

  • Help drive accountability within the sales organization through scorecards, KPIs, systems, coaching, and consistent follow-through.

  • Strengthen recruiting, onboarding, training, and development systems as the organization grows.

  • Establish clear expectations and ensure commitments are followed through.

  • Help build a culture where people take ownership, communicate openly, embrace growth, and hold themselves to high standards.

Who You Are

You're someone who sees around corners. You don't need constant direction because you're already thinking about what comes next. When something isn't working, your instinct is to understand why, develop a solution, and move it forward.

You're comfortable working closely with visionary, enterprising-building professionals who generate ideas, move quickly, have high standards, and care deeply about people. You can respectfully challenge an idea, communicate a hard truth with kindness, and then fully execute once a decision has been made.

You're energized by growth and change. You enjoy developing people, creating structure, leveraging technology, and making businesses better. Most importantly, you want an opportunity where you can look back several years from now and know, "I helped build that."

  • 3+ years of operations, leadership, project management, or business management experience in a high-growth or forward-moving environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to build systems, improve processes, and turn strategic priorities into execution.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience creating accountability and developing others.

  • Strong business and financial acumen, including KPIs, budgets, reporting, and performance analysis.

  • Meaningful knowledge or professional experience with YouTube and video-driven content marketing is strongly preferred. This should extend beyond being a YouTube user or having experimented with a personal channel. You should understand the strategy, production, optimization, and analytics behind using YouTube to grow a brand and generate business.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, branding, lead generation, and marketing analytics.

  • Highly comfortable with technology, AI, automation, and learning new platforms.

  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Real estate experience or a license is helpful, but not required. We're more interested in your ability to help build and scale a great company.
