• Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, fostering a sense of independence.
• Monitor and document residents' health and progress, communicating any changes to the nursing team promptly.
