Vida Integrated Health is actively seeking a motivated and dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to support our Functional Medicine Team. This is a full-time position, primarily located at our Vida Kirkland (Totem Lake) clinic, with the opportunity to also provide support at our Bellevue clinic.

In the MA-C role, you'll provide direct clinical support to our dynamic Functional Medicine team. Candidates with an interest or experience in Functional Medicine environments are preferred, though it is not a requirement. Entry-level candidates are welcome.

• Assist physicians and healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring a seamless experience for every patient

• Conduct patient intake and documentation, capturing vital signs and medical history with accuracy and efficiency

• Administer care as directed by healthcare providers, maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols

• Prepare examination rooms and medical equipment, ensuring a clean and organized environment for patient consultations

• Support the Functional Medicine Team by managing patient records and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations

• Educate patients on treatment plans and wellness programs, empowering them with knowledge to make informed health decisions

• US Work Authorization

• MA-C license in good standing in the State of Washington is required

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment

• Flexibility in working across Seattle and Kirkland locations as needed

• Must be able to lift and carry medical equipment and supplies

• Must be capable of standing for extended periods of time during patient interactions or administrative tasks

• Ability to efficiently conduct patient intake and document vital signs and medical history with precision

• Proven track record of adhering to safety protocols while administering patient care.

• Ability to maintain a clean and organized examination room, ensuring readiness for patient consultations

• Experience in managing patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations

• Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients on treatment plans and wellness programs
