• Lead the sales process from initial inquiry to event execution, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Collaborate with culinary and banquet teams to design and deliver exceptional event experiences.

• Software: Proficiency in CRM and catering management tools (e.g., Delphi, Opera, Caterease) and Microsoft Office.
