The Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza is hiring a Catering Sales Manager. The hotel catering sales manager sells banquet space and food packages, books corporate and social events, and coordinates details with the hotel staff.

• Sales and Booking: Find new clients, make sales calls, and negotiate contracts for food, drinks, and event spaces to meet revenue goals.

• Event Planning: Detail menu choices, room setups, and decoration needs with clients.

• Cross-Team Communication: Create Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and work with the kitchen, banquets, and operations teams to run smooth events.

• Experience: Usually requires one to three years of experience in hotel sales, catering, or guest services.

• Education: High school diploma required; a hospitality or business degree is often preferred.

• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
