• Assist with framing walls, floors, ceilings, and structural modifications.
• Install doors, windows, trim, baseboard, crown molding, and finish carpentry
• Install cabinetry, shelving, hardware, and accessories.
• Assist with flooring installation (LVT)
• Build temporary protections, dust containment, and site barriers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Operate power tools and construction equipment safely.
• Work alongside subcontractors to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Identify punch list items and complete high-quality repairs.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers.
