Responsibilities
- Craft and install high-quality wooden structures, ensuring precision and attention to detail in every project.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute construction tasks efficiently, meeting project timelines.
- Communicate effectively with tenants and real estate agents to understand and address their needs promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company standards.
- Utilize your plumbing and electrical skills to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of our properties.
- Inspect and repair existing structures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress, share insights, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in crafting and installing wooden structures with precision and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to plan and execute construction tasks efficiently.

Compensation
$30 - $30/hour
