As a Carpenter at Concraft, you will play a hands-on role in restoring and rebuilding residential and commercial properties. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is willing to assist across multiple construction trades to help the team get the job done.
- Perform general carpentry work, including framing, trim, doors, cabinets, and other finish work.
- Assist with drywall installation, finishing, and repairs.
- Support painting, flooring, tile, and other construction-related trades as needed.
- Perform demolition, removal, and preparation work during reconstruction projects.
- Complete punch-list items and final repairs to ensure projects meet Concraft’s quality standards.
- Work alongside team members and subcontractors across multiple trades to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Be willing to step outside of your primary trade and assist wherever your skills are needed.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, teammates, customers, and other trades.
- Follow company safety procedures, construction standards, and job-specific requirements.
- Represent Concraft professionally while working in customers’ homes and businesses.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a team-first attitude by helping with a variety of construction tasks and trades based on the needs of each project.

- A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and personal tools are required as driving is an essential function of this role.
- Previous experience in siding, windows, framing, drywall, finish trim, cabinet installation, minor plumbing & electrical, and flooring is essential
- Compliance with the company's drug-free policy
Compensation
$20 - $28 hourly
