We are looking for a capable and skilled carpenter to join our team. You’ll take direction from the project manager to help construct and maintain strong and long-lasting buildings and products. You are great at reading blueprints and have excellent hand dexterity, with a can-do attitude. Responsibilities

Perform framing and structural repairs
Repair wood rot and damaged decking
Install windows, doors, siding, trim, and exterior components
Assist with roofing systems as needed
Ensure all work is level, plumb, square, and built to code
Maintain clean and professional job sites
Communicate clearly with project managers

Qualifications

3+ years of carpentry experience required
Strong understanding of residential construction
Experience with exterior systems preferred
Ability to read scopes of work and follow job specifications
Reliable transportation required
Valid driver's license required
Must have own basic tools
Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat
Strong work ethic and accountability

Compensation

$18 - $25/hour
