- Complete auto sales reports for presentation to the sales management team
- Field inquiries about new car contracts and facilitate support to summarize the related financing options
- Maintain a professional appearance while working in the showroom or attending sales meetings to uphold the dealership’s reputation for excellence
- Present potential customers with new car options while specifying their characteristics, details, features, and competitive differentiators to deliver a positive sales experience
- Leverage excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills to effectively close sales
- Bilingual Spanish & English
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus
- Knowledge and interest in new car features, the auto sales industry, car dealerships’ financing options, and sales management is necessary
- At least one year working as a sales associate, preferably in a dealership setting, is needed
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction are critical
- A valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required
Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000 yearly
