Our firm is growing, and we’re looking for an empathic, experienced personal injury attorney to
help clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. You’ll handle the case file from start
to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. You should have
excellent credentials, a minimum of one (1) year of successful personal injury litigation and an

Responsibilities
- Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
- Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws
- Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responses
- Converse with clients, expert witnesses, supporting witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to gather information
- Appear as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at mediations, trials, hearings, depositions, and litigation
- Research case law and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case
Qualifications
- State Bar Association membership and a state license to practice law in the state of California are mandatory
- A bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree are required
- Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
- Persuasive writing and verbal communication skills
- At least one (1) year of personal injury litigation or trial experience in wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas
- A good understanding of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is desired
- Computer proficiency required
Compensation
$150,000 - $150,000/year
