As a Buyer’s Agent, you will:

• Meet with qualified home buyers through company-provided appointments
• Build relationships and understand each client's home-buying goals
• Guide buyers through the real estate purchasing process
• Show homes and help clients evaluate properties
• Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers
• Communicate with clients throughout the transaction
• Follow up consistently with prospects and active buyers
• Use our CRM, lead management tools, and sales systems
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, agents, and other transaction partners
• Provide an exceptional client experience from the initial consultation through closing
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team development
• Build a referral-based business by delivering excellent service

• Active Texas Real Estate License – Required

• Located in or able to serve the Houston, TX market
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, responsive, and customer-focused
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Coachable and willing to follow proven systems
• Comfortable working with CRM and real estate technology
• Ability to manage multiple clients, appointments, and transactions
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Full-time commitment to real estate
• Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
