We are experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for a remote full-time litigation attorney with at least 4 years of business litigation experience (experience in Franchise law is a plus, but not required), managing your own caseload and taking cases to trial. We provide structured training and mentorship to get you up to speed.

What You'll Do

Own Your Cases

• Independently handle litigation and pre-lawsuit dispute matters from initial client contact through resolution.
• Identify claims and help clients navigate their options with clear, strategic advice.
• Draft demand letters, motions, settlement agreements, and other critical documents.
• Effectively confer with franchisors and opposing counsel.
• Set and manage client expectations with professionalism and clarity.
• Develop cases for trial and arbitration hearings.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar.
• Minimum 4 years of legal experience in litigation required.
