We’re searching for an enthusiastic professional for our next sales development representative who is ready to prospect new customers to help support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn potential customer prospects into qualified leads. We need someone who can use social media to find prospects and start building relationships with them. Our ideal candidate has previously worked in an outbound sales role, is an excellent dealmaker, and loves talking to people on the phone and in person. Responsibilities
- Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing individuals, and chatting with them at events
- Locate and generate lucrative sales leads for our company's salesforce to pursue and ultimately close
- Develop social media strategies for Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social networks
- Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
- Collaborate with sales management in order to achieve objectives and enhance performance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- You are an organized, detail oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
- You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
- Previous customer service experience is highly desired
- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software is preferred
Compensation
$60,000 - $60,000/year
