Join our team in Fort Wayne, IN as a Business Development Representative, where you'll play a crucial role in assisting customers through the car purchasing journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing vital support throughout the car buying process.
- Engaging with potential customers to establish connections and address their questions.
- Coordinating with leads and linking interested buyers with a vehicle specialist for personalized assistance.
Compensation- $16 - $18 with potential weekly spiff
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Assist with customer inquiries over the phone, thru text, and email while using multiple CRM systems, in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers to maintain strong relationships and identify any potential issues or concerns with the car buying process
- Must maintain a high standard of quality dials, calls, and achieve target goals
- Have fun! This is a laid-back, fun, but professional environment
- US Work Authorization
- 18 years or older
- Customer Service Experience
- Basic Computer Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
