You'll have the opportunity to learn and assist with different areas of the business, including:

Business Development

• Help identify opportunities to grow the business.

• Research potential customers, referral partners, and local business opportunities.

• Assist with developing relationships with other businesses.

• Participate in initiatives designed to increase sales and customer acquisition.

• Help identify ways to expand AGC's presence throughout Central Texas.

Sales & Customer Relationships

• Learn how to identify customer needs and present appropriate service solutions.

• Assist with sales activities and customer follow-up.

• Help develop customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

• Learn how customer satisfaction contributes to business growth.

• Work with the team to achieve established sales and service goals.

Business Operations

• Learn how daily business operations are organized and managed.

• Assist with coordinating projects and business activities.

Marketing & Growth Initiatives

• Help brainstorm ideas for attracting new customers.
