Terra Stoneworks is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help expand our presence throughout the builder, contractor, remodeling, and residential markets. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys creating new business opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and becoming a trusted resource for customers seeking premium countertop solutions.

You'll be responsible for developing new relationships, growing existing accounts, and working closely with our estimating, production, and installation teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through project completion.

• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with estimating, production, and installation teams to deliver seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets and company growth objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on premium countertop solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our offerings and services.

• Experience in business development within the construction industry, particularly in the builder, contractor, and residential markets.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including estimating, production, and installation, to deliver seamless project execution.
• Strong understanding of premium countertop solutions and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Proficiency in preparing and presenting compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Familiarity with monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay competitive in the market.
