• Unit Turnovers and General Maintenance. Assist in preparing vacant units for turnover, including patching drywall, sanding, taping, painting, replacing window blinds, changing locks, and re-keying doors.

• Work alongside the senior technician to address daily resident work orders. Assist with basic plumbing (unclogging drains, replacing appliances), minor electrical work (swapping switches, outlets, light fixtures), and light carpentry.

• Perform property walkthroughs across assigned residential properties. Remove trash, clear common areas, assist with light landscaping, mowing, and clearing snow/ice from walkways.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including replacing HVAC air filters, testing smoke/CO detectors, checking exterior lighting, and assisting with pre-inspections.

• Work with residents while maintaining professional customer service.

• Other tasks, as required to keep residents HAPPY!

• Familiarity with common hand and power tools (drills, snakes, saws) and fundamental knowledge of home repair techniques.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long durations, climb step ladders, and work outdoors in varied weather conditions.

• Possess a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation to travel between local property locations.
