Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety. - Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly
- Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner
- React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts
- Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment
- Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads
- Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary
- The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
- You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role
- Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
