At Colorado Property Group and RE/MAX Pinnacle, we're looking for a Brokerage Success Coordinator to help support our agents, strengthen client relationships, and keep our brokerage operating at a high level.

Real estate experience is a bonus, but it's not required. We'd much rather teach real estate than teach initiative, organization, and genuine care for people.

In this role, you'll:

• Build relationships with new leads, prospective clients, and past clients.
• Prepare listing and showing materials that help our agents shine.
• Keep our CRM and office systems organized.
• Coordinate projects, events, and day-to-day office operations.
• Look for ways to improve processes and make our brokerage stronger every day.
