You'll also need to walk throughout the dining area, refilling coffee and beverages, and cleaning up used plates and utensils. • Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary
• Ensure setup is complete each morning for the breakfast buffet, and fresh foods are always available during the service hours
• Sanitize and ensure the cleanliness of all buffet bar areas, including tables and chairs, and empty trash as needed
• Wipe down service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment according to health and safety regulations
• Remove plates and dishes from tables throughout the breakfast service using appropriate techniques for removing plates, glasses, and silverware promptly

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members
• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with an exceptional customer service experience
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
• Experience working in food service is preferred
