Consiglieri is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented Brand Marketing Manager to help shape and grow a leading consumer brand through seasonal campaign management. This role sits at the center of brand strategy, creative and campaign development, production, and channel activation. This role requires someone who can connect insights, storytelling, and execution to reinforce the brand’s positioning and business objectives.


You are someone who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and knows how to transform brand strategy into scalable global campaigns. You are comfortable managing details and influencing stakeholders, have a passion for brand building, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. Most importantly, you understand how to balance global consistency with regional relevance to create campaigns that resonate with consumers around the world.


The ideal candidate understands how to translate consumer insights into meaningful marketing initiatives and how to bring campaign toolkits and creative to life across digital and physical touchpoints, especially in-store retail environments.


This role is 100% remote but will require you to work West Coast (PT) hours.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns from concept through launch. Partner with Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, channel teams, and production to develop and launch consistent, high-quality seasonal brand campaigns
  • Brand Stewardship: Serve as a champion of the brand by maintaining consistency in messaging, visual identity, and consumer experience. Ensure marketing initiatives align with established brand standards and guidelines.
  • Toolkit & Asset Development: Lead the creation of global campaign toolkits, ensuring regional teams have the assets, guidance, and best practices needed to execute effectively. Manage the development, tracking, and delivery of core campaign assets, ensuring alignment with launch timelines, budgets, and brand objectives. Ensure campaign toolkits and creative assets can be effectively adapted for retail and in-store execution.
  • Channel Integration & Optimization: Ensure seamless integration of campaign assets across owned, operated, and partner channels. Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity while leveraging performance insights and usage data to inform and improve decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely and maintain communication with creative, production, regional marketing, and channel teams to drive alignment across workstreams. Facilitate communication, connect stakeholders, and ensure campaigns move efficiently from planning through execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6–9 years of in-house brand marketing experience, including demonstrated experience launching physical consumer products at retail and driving integrated go-to-market campaigns from product introduction through in-store execution.
  • Customer Lifecycle Marketing Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience executing CRM, email, and below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns. Ability to develop creative assets, toolkits, and execution guidelines for retail environments, including in-store marketing, merchandising, or point-of-sale programs.
  • Creative & Strategic Knowledge: Strong storytelling and understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and marketing fundamentals, with the ability to translate insights into compelling campaign strategies and creative executions.
  • Project & Campaign Management: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders, creative assets, and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication & Presentation: Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams while building and maintaining strong relationships across regions and disciplines.
  • Agency & Partner Management: Proven ability to build and manage relationships with external creative agencies to achieve unified goals.

Compensation

$150,000 - $170,000/year
