With responsibilities ranging from staff recruitment and training to overseeing scheduling, we need an individual who possesses superb organizational skills and an unwavering passion for fitness. You will bring 3-5 years of experience in the fitness industry, some of which is in a management role. Compensation: $55,000-$85,000. This position offers a competitive base + commission, based on experience & performance, including profit sharing based on total revenue with no ceiling. Opportunity to bonus, based on exemplary performance.
