As a Bookkeeper, you play a critical role in managing the financial health of an organization by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will be responsible for recording daily financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and reconciling bank statements to ensure the accuracy of all accounts. You will work in an office environment and collaborate with other departments to ensure all financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail and organizational skills help keep the company's finances on track and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy by regularly reconciling bank statements and accounts
- Supervise day-to-day financial dealings and keep records accurate
- Analyze processes for enhancement and implement efficient bookkeeping solutions
- Manage adherence to applicable financial regulations and internal policies
- Create financial reports and circulate them among stakeholders to support decision-making
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of bookkeeping experience
- Familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting
- Detail-oriented and highly organized approach
- Knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks, is advantageous
Compensation
$40,000 - $55,000/year
