We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper to support the organization's financial operations across multiple locations. This role is responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, assisting with month-end activities, and supporting day-to-day accounting functions.

The Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper will work closely with operational teams and internal stakeholders to review financial activity, research discrepancies, assist with cash management processes, and help ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Process daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.

• Assist with month-end close activities and related reporting.

• Review financial activity and investigate discrepancies.

• Communicate with operational teams to resolve questions and obtain supporting documentation.

• Assist with cash management processes, including monitoring deposits and cash activity.

• Compile, maintain, and organize financial reports and records.

• Support payroll, accounts payable, and other accounting functions as needed.

• Assist with special projects and other administrative or accounting duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior accounting, bookkeeping, banking, or office experience is helpful but not required.
