• Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure they feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Guide guests to their tables, providing menus and highlighting daily specials to enhance their dining experience.
• Collaborate with the serving team to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized host station, ensuring menus and promotional materials are up-to-date.
• Assist in managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, offering solutions with a positive attitude.
• Support team members during peak hours by stepping in where needed, fostering a collaborative environment.

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, from seating guests to processing payments.
• Proven track record of maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing takeout orders and payments.
• Attention to detail when managing seating charts and waitlists.
