We are looking for a creative, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Social Media Marketing Assistant to help grow our online presence and engage with our communities across multiple platforms. 

This role supports the execution of our social media strategy by creating content, scheduling posts, interacting with followers, assisting with video production, and coordinating marketing initiatives across our law firms. You'll work closely with our marketing team to ensure our brand remains professional, engaging, and consistent across all channels. 

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys social media, understands current trends, is comfortable on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and is passionate about creating content that educates and builds trust. 

Success in this role is measured by audience growth, engagement, consistency of posting, and helping execute marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand. 

Social Media Management 

• Assist in planning and maintaining the firm's social media content calendar.  
• Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.  
• Monitor comments and messages, escalating inquiries when appropriate.  
• Stay up to date with social media trends and recommend new content ideas.  

Content Creation 

• Create graphics, reels, stories, short-form videos, and promotional content.  
• Assist with filming and editing marketing videos featuring attorneys and staff.  
• Write engaging captions in both English and Spanish.  
• Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized social media assets.  

Bilingual Communication 

• Translate and adapt marketing content between English and Spanish while maintaining brand voice.  
• Help ensure both English and Spanish-speaking audiences receive consistent messaging.  
• Support bilingual campaigns and community outreach initiatives.  

Marketing Campaign Support 

• Assist with promotions for webinars, community events, educational workshops, and firm initiatives.  
• Coordinate social media support for marketing campaigns.  
• Help organize marketing assets and ensure deadlines are met. 

Marketing Operations 

• Maintain organized marketing calendars and project timelines.  
• Assist with Monday.com, Google Workspace, and internal project tracking.  
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and marketing team members.  

Required 

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).  
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms.  
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.  
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.  
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.  
• Experience using Canva or similar design tools.  
• Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Express, or other basic video editing software.  
• Experience with Google Workspace and project management tools such as Monday.com.  

Preferred 

• Experience managing social media for a business or brand.  
• Photography or videography experience.  
• Basic graphic design skills.  
• Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).  
• Comfortable appearing on camera or assisting during video production.  
• Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to assist with content creation and brainstorming.  
• Experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment.
