In-Office
The front desk of a personal injury firm is not a quiet job, and this is not a quiet role. You are the first voice an injured client hears, the person who keeps the office running, and the one helping get our name in front of the people who need us.
Elmm Law Group is a female-owned personal injury firm in Phoenix, and we are growing fast. We're hiring a Bilingual Receptionist & Marketing Assistant who wants more than a phone and a calendar. You'll answer and route calls in English and Spanish, keep the office organized, support our founder directly with executive assistant work, and pitch in on marketing: social posts, review requests, email campaigns, and community events.
Here's what makes this different: our founder is a former lead prosecutor and Arizona Assistant Attorney General, and she trains her team personally. We're small enough that your work is visible, and the person in this seat has real room to grow into marketing, client relations, or casework as we expand.
This is a full-time, in-office position at our Phoenix office, five days a week. It is not a remote or hybrid role. The front desk is the heart of the office, and that only works in person.
If you're the person who answers on the second ring, notices the lobby needs attention before anyone asks, and has opinions about the firm's Instagram, we want to meet you. Apply today.
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls in English and Spanish, often for clients who are hurt, stressed, and calling a law firm for the first time

Own the firm's calendar: schedule client appointments, coordinate attorney meetings, and keep everyone's day running on time
Draft, schedule, and post social media content across the firm's channels
Plan and coordinate content days: schedule the shoot, prep the space, organize what gets filmed, and keep the content calendar moving
Support marketing campaigns: email newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials
Request, track, and respond to client reviews and testimonials
Provide executive assistant support to firm leadership: correspondence, follow-ups, expense tracking, and keeping projects from falling through the cracks
Keep the office running day-to-day: supplies, vendors, mail, filing, and general organization
Help coordinate community events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities that get our name out in Phoenix
Support intake by collecting initial client information and routing new leads to the right team member quickly
Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written (required)
1-3 years in a receptionist, front desk, administrative, or executive assistant role; law firm experience a plus
A warm, calm phone presence: our callers are often hurt, stressed, and confused, and you are the first person who makes them feel handled
Comfortable with social media: you know your way around Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and you're not shy about being part of content days
Genuinely organized, with the ability to switch between phones, calendars, and marketing projects without losing track of any of them
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with Canva or scheduling tools is a plus
Discreet and trustworthy with confidential client information
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work full-time, in person, in our Phoenix office
Compensation
$20 - $25 hourly
