The Salas Team is looking for a Bilingual Real Estate Sales Agent who can turn conversations into meaningful client relationships and help people navigate the real estate journey in the language they feel most comfortable speaking.

What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves)

• Active real estate license (or in process and committed to licensing).
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and accountable to production goals.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license; ability to attend local appointments.
