You will prepare briefs, create legal documents such as affidavits, do legal research for trial preparation, and keep case files and other key materials organized and easily available. To draft a factual response to discovery, we need someone with expertise in ordering, evaluating, and summarizing medical documents. You will also have past experience assisting with family settlement negotiations and mediation in order to avoid lawsuits.
