L. Echevarría Attorneys at Law is looking for a Bilingual Paralegal - Real Estate to support real estate transactions from contract through closing. You’ll work closely with clients, Realtors, lenders, and the attorney to keep files organized, deadlines covered, and closings moving forward.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $45,000 – $55,000 annually, based on experience

• 2 weeks PTO + 1 additional week during Christmas

• Keep deals moving: Manage transaction files, deadlines, and closing requirements from contract to settlement

• Own the details: Review documents, track outstanding items, and keep every file accurate and complete

• Build the closing package: Prepare ALTA, lender, seller, settlement, and other required documents

• Handle the paperwork: Draft deeds and manage deed-only transactions when needed

• Keep everyone connected: Communicate with clients, Realtors, lenders, HOAs, surveyors, and other parties

• Spot it. Solve it. Escalate it: Stay ahead of issues and know when to bring the attorney in

• 2+ years of real estate paralegal, title, settlement, or transaction experience

• Closing-process savvy: Understands what it takes to get a transaction from contract to keys

• Naturally organized: Detail-focused, deadline-driven, and strong on follow-through

• Client-ready communicator: Professional, responsive, and comfortable working with people

• Deed experience is a plus: Seller-side documents and deed preparation preferred

• Tech + language skills: Qualia experience preferred; Spanish/English bilingual a plus
