In this fully remote role, you'll guide prospective clients through intake and onboarding — listening with empathy, explaining our services clearly, and earning their trust from the very first conversation. Your ability to connect with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients directly expands who we can serve and shapes their entire experience with our firm.

This position requires full professional fluency in both English and Spanish — written and verbal. Only bilingual candidates will be considered.

Client Intake & Communication

• Serve as the first point of contact for new leads via phone, text, email, and website inquiries.

• Conduct initial intakes, gathering detailed accident, injury, employment, and insurance information.

• Clearly explain 770GoodLaw's services, process, and next steps with empathetic, timely communication in both English and Spanish.

Case Screening & Qualification

• Evaluate potential cases against firm criteria and practice areas.

• Identify red flags, missing information, or issues requiring attorney or supervisor review.

• Accurately document all intake details in the GP system.

Client Onboarding

• Guide clients through onboarding — sending and explaining engagement agreements, following up on unsigned documents, and ensuring all forms are completed.

• Confirm receipt of signed retainers and supporting documents.

• Set clear client expectations on communication, timelines, and case handling.

Data Accuracy & Reporting

• Ensure all client and case information is entered accurately and consistently.

• Track lead status, conversion rates, and reasons for non-retention.

Professional Standards

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with legal, ethical, and firm policies.

• Follow established scripts, workflows, and intake procedures.

• Uphold 770GoodLaw's mission, values, and client service standards at all times.

• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required — candidates must be able to conduct intakes and explain legal processes clearly in both languages.

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales, client-facing, or intake role — legal, healthcare, or service-driven environments preferred.

• Strong communicator with the ability to drive conversations, build rapport, and guide hesitant prospects with a consultative, empathy-first approach.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to enter client and case data accurately, track lead status and conversion rates, and balance multiple tasks with a bias toward action.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while operating within team frameworks, established scripts, and intake workflows.

• Coachable and growth-minded — acts on feedback and continuously works to sharpen selling skills.
