Bilingual Legal Receptionist & Administrative Assistant

King English LLCFreehold, NJ, US

Posted 3 hours ago

King English Immigration is looking for an experienced, bilingual professional to serve as the welcoming and dependable first point of contact for clients and help keep our office running smoothly.

This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish, comfortable communicating with clients by phone and in person, and highly organized. You may be a great fit if you have worked as a receptionist, legal assistant, administrative assistant, office coordinator, or in another client-facing professional role. Previous law firm experience is a plus, but it is not required.

What matters most is that you are confident on the phone, dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy helping people.

Who Will Thrive Here

You’ll enjoy this role if you take pride in being someone others can count on. You’re comfortable helping clients who may be stressed or unsure what to do next, and you can be warm and empathetic while remaining professional. You notice details, keep track of loose ends, and appreciate the stability of a professional weekday office environment where you can become a trusted part of the team.

What to Expect After You Apply

If your experience looks like a strong match, a member of the King English Immigration team will reach out to schedule a brief 10-15 minute Zoom conversation.

It’s a chance for us to meet each other, learn a little more about you, and give you an opportunity to show us how you communicate in both English and Spanish. Because this role spends so much time speaking directly with clients, we’re especially interested in your communication style, professionalism, and comfort switching between both languages.

If it feels like a good fit on both sides, we’ll share the next steps from there.

Compensation: $48,000 starting salary, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, retirement benefits, and more.
