Bilingual (Arabic)-Paralegal
We’re seeking a skilled and experienced paralegal to support our growing legal team. The ideal candidate for this position will use their USCIS/NVC and/or Removal defense work experience and organizational skills to prepare and maintain legal documents, file motions, interview clients, and conduct legal research. Compensation: $65,000+ plus bonus and excellent benefit package
- Communicate with clients to gather information related to their cases with the USCIS and NVC
- Prepare USCIS and NVC applications and supporting documents
- Work with lawyers to prepare for trial by conducting research on legal articles, preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, filing motions, and assisting with client meetings
- Conduct interviews with clients to gather information about their legal issues
- Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and keeping our case filing system organized so all documents are readily accessible
- Coordinate law office activity, including the drafting subpoenas and coordinating with process servers
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic
- 2+ years of experience in USCIS/NVC, Business Immigration or Removal defense
- A hybrid remote and in-person is allowed
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar
- Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills
Compensation
$65,000+ plus bonus
