About the Role

S&A Group is looking for a Benefits Support Representative to join our team in Louisiana.

In this role, you’ll spend your day talking with clients over the phone, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right benefit options. You’ll work with elderly clients, so patience, empathy, and the ability to explain things clearly are important.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with clients by phone and provide friendly, professional support.

• Help clients understand their benefit options and answer their questions.

• Handle concerns and find practical solutions.

• Keep customer information and records accurate and confidential.

• Work closely with your team and take part in regular training and coaching.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and listening skills.

• Must have access to a laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.

• High school diploma or GED required

• Patient, professional, and genuinely interested in helping others.

• Someone who is coachable, dependable, and willing to learn.

• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
