• Welcome guests with a warm smile and assist them with their luggage, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
• Provide clear directions and helpful information about the resort's amenities and local attractions.
• Coordinate with the front desk and housekeeping to ensure guest requests are met promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including valet services and shuttle bookings.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Support the team by anticipating guest needs and offering assistance proactively, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• At least one (1) year of hotel or customer service experience is preferred. A valid Pennsylvania Class A Commercial Driver's License is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

• Ability to lift up to seventy (70) pounds for luggage assistance.
