As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1:1 support for children with autism in our early intervention center in Canton, MI, helping them build communication, social, and life skills through play-based learning.

Responsibilities

Participate in training and apply feedback to grow your skills.
Engage children in structured and play-based learning activities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces.
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Record data accurately and maintain session documentation.

Qualifications

Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality are required.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information.
Passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum - patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are key.
Willingness to learn — ABA experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).

Compensation

$40,000/year
