Provide expert legal counsel to clients on family and estate matters, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and precision.
Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including wills, trusts, and divorce agreements, to safeguard clients' interests.
Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations, advocating for their rights and achieving favorable outcomes.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies, enhancing the firm's reputation for excellence.
Stay informed on the latest legal developments in family and estate law, ensuring clients benefit from cutting-edge advice.
Foster strong client relationships through regular communication, building trust and understanding throughout the legal process.
Mentor junior attorneys and support staff, contributing to a culture of learning and professional growth within the firm.
At least 5 years of experience practicing Family & Estate Law.
Experience in family and estate law, with a focus on delivering empathetic and precise legal counsel.
Ability to draft, review, and finalize legal documents, ensuring clients' interests are safeguarded.
Proven track record of representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations, achieving favorable outcomes.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and develop innovative legal strategies.
Commitment to staying informed on the latest legal developments in family and estate law.
Excellent communication skills to foster strong client relationships and build trust.
Experience mentoring junior attorneys and support staff, contributing to a culture of learning and growth.
Compensation
$110,000+ yearly DOE
