Are you a skilled carpenter, remodeler, or handyman who takes pride in quality craftsmanship?

Bluffton Builders is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Bathroom Remodeling Installer to join our team!

We specialize in transforming outdated showers and bathtubs into beautiful, modern, low-maintenance spaces. Our focus is on quality installations, exceptional customer service, and making the remodeling experience as simple and stress-free as possible for homeowners.

We're looking for someone with a solid background in residential construction, carpentry, and general remodeling who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and seeing a project through to completion.

You don't need previous shower installation experience. We'll train the right person on our products and installation systems.

What matters most is your construction knowledge, attention to detail, work ethic, and ability to deliver a finished product you're proud of.

As a Bathroom Remodeling Installer, you'll be responsible for completing shower remodeling projects from demolition through final installation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Demolishing existing showers and bathtubs.

• Performing basic framing and carpentry modifications.

• Installing shower bases and acrylic wall systems.

• Performing basic residential plumbing work, including shower valves, drains, and fixtures.

• Completing drywall, backer board, and wall repairs.

• Installing shower doors, trim, and bathroom accessories.

• Measuring, cutting, fitting, and finishing materials accurately.

• Troubleshooting construction challenges and finding practical solutions.

• Protecting customers' homes and maintaining clean, organized job sites.

• Communicating professionally with homeowners throughout the installation.

• Working independently or alongside an installation helper.

• Ensuring every installation meets our quality and workmanship standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction, carpentry, remodeling, or skilled handyman work.

• Strong understanding of basic carpentry and residential construction.

• Working knowledge of basic residential plumbing.

• Experience with power tools, measuring, cutting, and installing materials.

• Ability to perform drywall repairs, trim work, and general finish carpentry.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.

• Dependable, punctual, and organized.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to perform physically demanding construction work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bathroom remodeling experience.

• Shower or bathtub installation experience.

• Experience installing acrylic shower systems.

• Previous experience leading a helper or small crew.

What We Offer

• Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level.

• Full-time, consistent work.

• Training on our shower installation products and systems.

• Opportunity to take ownership of installations.

• Professional and supportive team environment.

• Opportunities for advancement as our company grows.

• Local projects throughout Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, Beaufort, and surrounding communities.
