The Lexi Las Vegas is seeking bartenders who bring energy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality to our adults-only boutique hotel. Our bars serve hotel guests and locals across our pool, lounge, restaurant, and private events. We’re looking for people who can make a great cocktail, keep service moving, and make every guest feel welcome.

Location: 1501 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available; AM and swing shifts

What you’ll do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages with consistent quality and presentation.

• Welcome guests, recommend drinks, and provide attentive service during both relaxed and busy periods.

• Verify identification and follow responsible alcohol service practices.

• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar; complete opening and closing duties.

• Accurately enter orders, handle payments, and coordinate with the food and beverage team.

• Support pool service, lounge operations, and special events as scheduled.Requirements – Health card, Alcohol Management Card, non-gaming work card.

What we’re looking for

• Bartending experience, with a strong working knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits.

• A valid Nevada alcohol awareness training card and Southern Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card, or the ability to obtain them before beginning applicable duties.

• Ability to obtain any work card required for the position.

• TOAST POS knowledge.

• Availability for AM or swing shifts, including weekends, holidays, and events.

• Reliability, teamwork, and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced setting.

• Must be 21 or older to work at our adults-only property.
